Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 each onoin finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons tom yum psate
- 1 lb surf clams cleaned and free of sand
- 1 lb black mussels cleaned
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 stalk lemongress bruised
- 1 each lime juice only
- 1/4 cup cilantgro stalks and roots finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/4 cup gresh cinantro coarsely chopped

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok or large cooking pot. Add the onion, tom yum, clams and mussels. Simmer covered, for 30 seconds.
- Add the chicken stock, lemongrass, lime juice, cilantro stalks and roots, fish sauce and mix together. Cook until all the shells have opened.
- Add the fresh cilantro, remove the lemongrass and serve in soup bowls.
