Pork with Apple and Cabbage Slaw
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle the pork with the mixed herbs and sage.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet. Cook the pork for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Heat the remaining oil and butter. Cook the apple in two batches for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. Heat the orange juice and honey in a wok or skillet over medium heat. Add the green onions, red cabbage and Savoy cabbage and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until just cooked.
  5. Serve the pork on a bed of sliced apple topped with cabbage and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
