Garlic Shrimp and Lime Wrap
Instructions
  1. In a skillet over a medium heat, heat the butter and the oil, until sizzling.
  2. Add the shrimp, garlic and chili flakes. Cook stirring constantly, until the shrimp change color, 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Add the shrimp and the pan juices to the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Divide the mixture between the 4 lavash wraps. Roll to enclose the filling and serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

Note: This garlic shrimp mixture is also delicious stirred into cooked penne or cooked rice.
