Instructions
  1. Mix together the oil, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar and seasoning in a shallow non-metallic dish. Using a sharp knife, slash the chicken breasts and add to the marinade, turning to coat. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to high. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking tray, reserving any excess marinade, and grill for 7-8 minutes. Turn them over, baste with the reserved marinade, cook for an additional 7-8 minutes, until fully cooked.
Recipe Notes

NOTE: This is one of those recipes that is a good standby - it is delicious and it is quick. Serve it with a green salad and some grilled tomatoes or potatoes.
