Breadsticks Wrapped in Prosciutto and Arugula
Instructions
  1. Brush the arugula or basil leaves with a little of the oil. Put a few leaves in the middle of each prosciutto slice, then place a breadstick in the centre, leaving about 7.5cm uncovered to use as a handle.
  2. Tightly wrap the prosciutto around the breadstick, tucking it in neatly at the top. Brush the prosciutto with the rest of the oil. Serve.
