Pear and Blue Cheese Pastries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF. To make the pastry cases: Mix the dough ingredients and divide into 10 even amounts. Press each ball of dough into a nonstick muffin pan. Blind bake for approximately 5-7 minutes. When pastries are light brown, remove from oven.
  2. Make filling.
  3. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the filling has set and has browned.
Filling
  1. To make the filling: Beat the eggs and cream together. Mix in cheese, season with a little salt and pepper and set aside. Cut the pear into small cubes and distribute evenly between the dough cups. Distribute cheese filling evenly over the pear in the cups.
