Instructions
  1. Cut the ends off the baby corn. Slice the Bell pepper into 1 in/25mm strips. Wash and trim the bok choy, pak choy and Chinese broccoli, but do not shake off the excess water because it will help with the cooking process. Cut the green onions into 1 in/25mm lengths. Remove tops from snow peas. Combine the honey, chili paste and soy sauce into a marinade and brush over all the vegetables.
  2. Prepare the barbecue for direct-heat cooking. Oil the grill well. Place the vegetables on the grill. Move them around during cooking and brush with more marinade. Once they are colored and wilted, remove from the heat. Serve on a large platter for the guests to help themselves.
