  1. Mix all ingredients, except shrimp together to make marinade.
  1. Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Place in a glass dish and add enough marinade to coat well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Thread shrimp onto skewers, either through the side or through the length of each shrimp.
  3. Heat the barbecue to medium-high. Place a sheet of baking paper over the grill bars and place shrimp on the paper. Cook for 4-5 minutes each side. They will turn pink when cooked. Brush with marinade while cooking. Transfer to a platter. Remove skewers and serve immediately.
