Smoked Salmon Summer Platter
Instructions
  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 15 minutes or until tender, then drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the coarse ends off the asparagus spears. Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, until just tender. Drain well.
  3. Stir the chopped dill into the creme fraiche, season to taste. Arrange the asparagus and potatoes on plates, top with the salmon slices. Grind over a little pepper and garnish with dill. Serve with the herby creme fraiche.
