Broiled Shrimp Salad
Instructions
Place shrimp, chili, soy sauce and honey in a bowl, toss to combine and marinate for 5 minutes.
Place endive, radicchio, mangoes, mint and cilantro on serving plates. Combine sugar and lime juice and drizzle over salad.
Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat, add shrimp and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until cooked. Place shrimp on top of salad, spoon skillet juices over shrimp and serve immediately.
