Instructions
  1. Place all the tomatoes, onion, vinegar, basil and black pepper in a bowl and toss to combine. Set aside and let stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Line a large serving platter with lettuce leaves and top with tomato mixture.
  3. Pairs with both red and white wines. Red wines include: Zinfandel, Sangiovese, and Chianti. White wines include: Pinto Grigio, and Sauvignon. Chef Vivant's recommended best wine pairings include: Zinfandel and Pinot Grigio.
