Instructions
  1. Coat the steak in Thai seasoning. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the steak and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cut the steak into thin slices. Place in a serving bowl with the cucumber, carrot, green onions, chili, bean sprouts, snow peas, mint and cilantro leaves.
  3. Combine the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and whisk together. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss to combine and serve.
  4. Pairs with red wines, including: Brunello, CSM, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Chef Vivant's recommended best red wine pairing is CSM.
