Instructions
  1. Place the steaks on hot barbecue grill and cook to your liking. Remove to heated serving plates and keep warm.
  2. Heat the butter in a skillet and cook the garlic for 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove the shell from lobster and cut the flesh into pieces. Add the lobster and parsley to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes over a medium high heat.
  3. Spoon the lobster and butter over each steak. Serve with broiled asparagus.
  4. Pairs with red wines, including: Cabernet Sauvignon, CSM and Syrah. Chef Vivant recommended best wine pairing is Syrah.
