This Pork Kebabs appetizer, recipe is excellent for wine tasting parties as it pairs with broad spectrum of both red and white wines.  Kababs recipes are easy to prepare and fun to eat. Red wines include: Barbera, Camenere, Chanti, Granche, Malbec, Pinot Nior, and Red Burgundy. White wines include: Chardonnay, Gruner Veltliner, Pinot Gris, White Burgundy and Viognier. Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Preheat broiler to medium.
  2. Place the pork, vegetables and mushrooms in a large bowl. Mix together salt, pepper, lemon juice and oil and toss with the pork.
  3. Thread the pork, vegetables and mushrooms alternately onto 8 skewers.
  4. Broil skewers, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until tender.
