Barbecued Mussels
Instructions
  1. Debeard and clean mussels.
  2. Heat mussels on barbecue hotplate. Cook until mussels open, covering if you have a lidded barbecue.
  3. Discard any that do not open. Break off and discard top shell.
  4. Arrange mussels on a platter and drizzle dressing over them. Garnish with chives.
  5. For the chili lime dressing, mix garlic, lime juice, fish sauce, chili and brown sugar together.
  6. Wine Pairings: Chablis, Sancerre, Sauvignon Blanc.
